Site Selection
Employing our in-house Technical Resources, Aquametrix offers a unique site selection and site performance survey which evaluates an area with respect to its biophysical characteristics. The assessment provides 3-dimensional tidal circulation information, lunar-cycle tidal exchange, bottom substrate and biological characterization, bathymetry, and exposure information. The results of the survey are provided as a GIS base map, with overlays of proposed (or existing) netpen structures, anchors, lease boundaries, etc.. The assessment allows you to determine if a site has appropriate oceanographic conditions before fish are committed to the water.
